We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Assistant in our Stockton Heath Branch to support our team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office management tasks. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
* Flexible availability
* Strong customer service backgroundHigh attention to detail
* Willingness to work on Saturdays
* Ability to work in both Stockton Heath and Frodsham
* Knowledge of Tarsc is advantageous
* Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
