ABOUT WALL’S:
Wall’s is an iconic and highly recognized ice-cream brand in the UK, purchased by nearly a third of UK households. Founded in 1922, Wall’s has evolved from street vendors to a global industry leader, offering a diverse portfolio of products like Cornetto, Feast, Twister, Calippo, and Solero. This role will focus on supporting multiple Wall’s brands, primarily on Cornetto, the market leader known for its nostalgic marketing and innovations like Cornetto Soft and Cornetto Max.
JOB PURPOSE:
As the largest Wall’s brand, Cornetto is vital to the UK Ice-Cream business’s success. The role involves executing major marketing campaigns and innovations. We seek high-performing, driven candidates with strong leadership, project management skills, and a passion for consumers. Ideal candidates will drive the business through commercial acumen, collaboration, curiosity about consumer needs, and attention to detail for flawless execution of brand strategies.
WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on an iconic global brand, focusing on innovation, renovation, and in-market execution across all consumer touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead end-to-end renovation and innovation projects, including strategy, business cases, consumer research, and activation plans.
2. Assist in the development of impactful ATL marketing campaigns, managing channels and collaborating with media and digital teams for seamless execution.
3. Support commercial delivery, including monitoring performance and owning forecast assumptions.
4. Work closely with customer teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
5. Contribute to the development of annual brand strategies.
6. Present brand plans to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Manage feedback from quality and consumer engagement teams.
8. Be consumer and category obsessed, staying updated on trends and competitor activity.
