Worcester Business School is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Lecturer in Organisational Behaviours to join our expanding Department of Management & Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative teaching, impactful research, and curriculum development in a vibrant academic environment.
Were particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:
- Organisational behaviour
- Industrial relations
- Sustainability/Sustainable Development
Youll play a key role in delivering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, supporting student success, and enhancing the Schools research and knowledge exchange profile.
What were looking for:
- A doctoral qualification (or near completion) in a relevant subject
- Contemporary subject knowledge and professional experience in OB
- Experience teaching in UK higher education or developing professionals in a UK context
- Strong communication skills and a student-centred approach to learning
- Ability to contribute to research and/or knowledge exchange aligned with the Schools strategic priorities
- Proficiency in ICT and its application to teaching and learning
