We are looking for a UK based trainee to be based at the Horstman UK site in Bath, with regular travel to Germany and other RENK sites within Europe and beyond.

On September 1, 2026, DRIVE will start. This is our 18-month program that will take you through various departments and locations and prepare you for your target position. Within the program, we are filling positions in our segments Vehicle Mobility Solutions, Marine & Industry, Slide Bearings and in operations, supply chain management, project management, and IT.

Ideally, you should have:
* A master's degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable course of study
* Some practical experience in an industrial company (up to 3 years) would be an advantage
