This is not a standard billing role; it is a leadership position with a clear path to equity and P&L ownership within an early-stage brand. You will inherit an active portfolio of US law firm clients including Am Law 100 and elite boutique firms. Your mandate is to manage this existing revenue stream while building the strategy to scale the division into a market-leading practice. - The Role This is a hybrid role of high-level execution and strategic growth: Account Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for our existing US client base, managing Associate and Partner-level searches. Practice Building: Define the growth roadmap for the US market, including jurisdictional focus and practice area expansion. Team Scaling: You will have the autonomy and budget to hire and mentor a supporting team. Strategic Input: Join our early-stage leadership team, contributing to the broader direction of the brand.
