We are looking for an experienced Account Manager or Project Manager to join business a Digital agency based close to Crewe.
This Account Manager position will see you managing a portfolio of web and software builds for a diverse range of clients, helping to co-ordinate the delivery of new web and software projects whilst focussing on retaining customers for the business.
Responsibilities for Account Manager:
· Plan project timelines, schedule internal resources, ensure that resources are on track to complete tasks and ensure they have the information & support they need to work effectively.
· Understand the specific needs of the clients you manage and adapt your communication style and project plans accordingly.
· Track project costs ensuring that the project remains within the initial estimates.
· Hold scrums with internal development and testing resources to ensure that resources are aware of their priorities.
· Hold update calls with clients (usually via video call) to advise on the progress of tasks.
· Keep internal resources (including Directors) updated on the progress of projects, raising any concerns and providing ideas to resolve any issues.
· Maximise account revenue by spotting opportunities for further design and development work.
To be considered for this Account Manager role, you must be experienced as a Project Manager or Account Manager within a Software house or Digital agency.
