Production Supervisor - Fabrication

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor - Fabrication to oversee day-to-day fabrication operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on maintaining quality standards, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting team development within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily fabrication activities to ensure safe and efficient production output
* Plan and monitor workflows to minimise downtime and maintain consistent throughput
* Maintain high welding quality standards across all fabrication work
* Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, fit-up and overall quality
* Train, coach and support team members to improve skills and performance
* Assist with onboarding and mentoring new fabrication staff
* Oversee correct use and maintenance of jigs and fixtures for consistent output
* Collaborate with management to resolve production issues and drive improvements
* Promote strong health & safety practices and good housekeeping standards
About You
* Proven experience within fabrication or a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of welding quality and fabrication standards
* Practical knowledge of production workflows and process improvement
* Ability to lead by example in a hands‑on role
* Strong communication and team leadership skills
