Your Role
As Operations Transformation Lead at Safran Electrical & Power you will have a critical role in shaping the future of our UK operations and driving its long-term success. You will collaborate with various site and divisional teams, driving operational transformation initiatives and ensuring the achievement of our strategic objectives. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation, providing guidance and support to teams in implementing process improvements.
* Evaluate existing operational processes vs Group manufacturing standards, digital applications and management practices to identify areas for improvement
* Analyse and measure the impact of change initiatives, developing effective communication and training materials to facilitate smooth transition
* Lead the development of operational transformation initiatives and work with Head of Operations & Head of Supply Chain to design a forward-looking vision and roadmap
* Engage all levels of the Operations organisation to foster a sense of ownership and commitment to executing a transition plan in alignment with business objectives
* Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing process improvements and best practices in alignment to Safran Group tools
* Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the Operations organisation
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in operational transformation within a manufacturing organisation - Essential
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems and best practices - Essential
* Strong knowledge of engineering processes and ability to dynamically transform business operating systems - Essential
* Proven experience in leading and driving change initiatives - Essential
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Essential
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified - Desirable
