Senior Enforcement Officer (Gr H/I)

Responsibilities
* Lead and conduct complex investigations related to regulatory compliance.
* Enforce laws and regulations by initiating appropriate actions against violators.
* Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders on joint enforcement efforts.
* Prepare comprehensive reports detailing investigation findings and recommendations for action.
* Mentor and supervise junior enforcement officers, providing training and support as needed.
* Develop and implement enforcement policies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
* Engage with the community to promote awareness of laws and regulations, fostering a culture of compliance.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement or regulatory enforcement roles.
* Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and enforcement techniques.
* Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex situations.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and community engagement.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and educate team members under your supervision.
* Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple investigations and priorities.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.93
Location: Kingston Upon Thames, South West London
