To achieve this: * Positively influence each vehicle through the repair process by managing your own time effectively. * Contributing to the team, productivity and attendance targets. * Facilitate an effortless customer experience by delivering quality and timely repairs. * Manage the on-site vehicle receival and handover Procedures each day, ensuring your representing the Driven Automotive Solutions brand to the highest standards * Ensure an effortless customer experience by delivering accurate and timely feedback to the customer services team leader. Repair Volume Deliver right first-time high-quality repairs in line with business targets and customer volumes. Deliver this by: * Producing quality work in line with planned output provided by the central support team. * Develop and maintain and strong work relationship with the Central office production team to schedule repair volumes into your centre in accordance with your shift pattern and work in progress * Ability to self-manage your time to ensure all work allocated to your centre is completed in-line with booking slots and customer expectation levels * Assist in areas of the business where your training and experience allow you to do so
