What you'll do
* Assist in managing the smooth running of In Room Dining and Events services following company standards and procedures.
* Create and maintain a team environment, motivate and train the team to meet and exceed guest expectations.
* Lead and coach your team to provide service excellence across the 240 acres of parkland, offering luxury food and beverage service whether in-room, at events, or picnicking on the property.
