Key Responsibilities
* Support and manage relationships with a portfolio of client accounts
* Work closely with well-known global brands, supporting projects from start to finish
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience and strong ongoing relationships
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional solutions and services
* Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start to their partnership with the business
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for customers
* Maintain accurate account records and track client engagement and performance
