BI Manager - 12 Month FTC
Your Team
We are looking for a BI Manager to join us in our mission to grow our understanding of marketing effectiveness across Flutter UKI. You will be part of the team responsible for guiding Flutter’s marketing investments through insightful business intelligence.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing BI, you will lead execution of intelligence-led approaches to UKI marketing - ensuring insights meet the needs of the organisation’s business goals and align with each of the brands’ strategies across Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power and Betfair.
You will work with the marketing teams to understand and explain performance, identify new business opportunities, and enable efficient and successful marketing across our highly regarded brands.
What you`ll do
1. Collaborate effectively with business internal partners to understand their challenges and priorities and develop a roadmap to deliver against them
2. Consolidating and optimising our UKI marketing reporting to enable business internal partners to self-serve and support the democratisation of data and insights across Flutter
3. Lead your team’s prioritisation process, ensuring we are allocating resources to meet business across our brands, products and channels.
4. Educate your Flutter colleagues to improve our understanding of marketing effectiveness as a business
5. Lead and run a marketing analytics team on key day-to-day tasks, such as scoping business problems, defining analytical solutions and effectively communicating insights
6. Establish innovative approaches to understand and tackle sophisticated marketing problems through data
How you`ll do it
7. Strong technical experience in delivering analytics solutions (ideally using Looker and SQL)
8. Skilled at condensing analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions within marketing and influence business performance
9. Understanding of key marketing analytics concepts including experimentation, attribution models and key data sources to support analysis (e.g. GA4, Appsflyer)
10. Proven foundational knowledge of marketing covering both offline and online channels and an understanding of CRM activities and processes
11. Experience directing a team through strong communication skills and can inspire, empathise and work for your team
12. Ability to present confidently and effectively to senior internal partners
13. Ability to build strong and effective relationships both within the Analytics team and across the business at all levels
14. You will be self-motivated, and action orientated, able to take a lead and drive action and change where required
15. Previous experience in marketing, data analysis, or a related field is required.

The UKI Marketing BI team are part of the wider centralised BI function which covers many disciplines beyond Marketing analytics, including Research, Commercial, Product and Safer Gambling. We work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing timely and valuable insight whilst making recommendations to be actioned by the teams.
