I am looking for an innovative, exciting Head Chef with their finger on the pulse of the latest food trends for my client's venue in North West London.
I am looking for a Head Chef candidate who has the following:
Been in a Head Chef role within the last year
Experience of managing a BOH team
Strong events experience
Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus
Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a Head Chef position within the last year.
