Duties
* Serve as the first point of contact for service customers, managing appointments, queries, and expectations
* Deliver expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance options
* Keep customers informed throughout the service process to ensure high levels of satisfaction
* Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely and efficient job completion
* Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently as a Senior Service Advisor
* Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and increase sales
* Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer‑focused approach with a professional attitude
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with dealership management systems is desirable
* Full UK driving licence preferred
