We are now looking for an EMS Project Manager to join our team in Burnfoot, Co. Donegal
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative BIM Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for our projects. As a BIM Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate model coordination, data integration, and effective communication among project stakeholders. Your expertise in BIM software, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment will be essential for excelling in this role.
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Management of projects from inception to on-site commissioning and client handover.
2. Define the scope of projects in collaboration with senior management.
3. Creation of a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete projects.
4. Monitor the progress of projects whilst making any adjustments necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
5. Manage day-to-day operational aspects on multiple projects.
6. Allocate resources and assign responsibilities for the development of detailed software code for automation, control and energy management data acquisition applications.
7. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to lead a team.
8. Ensure that projects are completed to strict budgets and that project tracking documentation and variations are kept up to date for ongoing reviews.
9. Providing regular reports on progress to senior managers and the division manager.
10. Ensure project documentation is completed against strict timeframes to conform to client standards.
11. Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services
12. Ensure client satisfaction on project completion.
13. Evaluation of the performance of each project and develop lessons learned for use on future projects.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
14. Exposure to electrical design and production
15. Be efficiently organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
16. HND or BSC in Electrical Engineering/Computing with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
17. Knowledgeable background across a range of hardware and software PLC systems
