As we embark on an ambitious five-year growth journey, we’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Technology Sales Director to help us realise this vision.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in defining our commercial direction, opening new markets, and building a high-performing sales function from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the MD and leadership team to craft and execute a bold, scalable sales strategy that aligns with our long-term goals.

With market-ready products in the UK Energy and Health-tech sectors, you’ll have the tools to make an immediate impact while also leading the charge into new markets, sectors, and geographies. We’re looking for someone who loves building businesses, has done so before at scale, and is excited to do it again.

You’ll also be responsible for building and mentoring a high performing sales team, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and measurable impact.

What We’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record in technology sales leadership, building high quality teams, ideally within SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise tech.

You will be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, capable of scaling sales operations, defining and entering new markets & geographies, and influencing marketing strategies to drive success.

You’ll know what good looks like, not just in the early stages of a start-up, but also through scale-up and beyond.

You’ve experienced the need to pivot, adapt, and evolve strategies to meet changing market conditions. You’ll bring creativity, resilience, and a growth mindset, always looking for new ways to drive success, opportunity and deliver value.

You’ll be experienced in leveraging strategic partnerships, particularly to accelerate growth in global markets and confident navigating tender processes to win high-value business.

Your ability to build trust, close deals, and lead with data-driven insights will be key to your success.
