Buckley Memorials Ltd, based in Buckley, Flintshire is a leading name in the memorial industry.
We specialise in all aspects of memorial works using modern technology to create lasting memories of loved ones.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy office/administration team. Ideally the candidate will be computer literate (essential) and have a background in the memorial/funeral industry (this is not essential as full training will be given).
The job role will include:
* guiding clients with the purchase of a memorial (training given)
* dealing with telephone and online enquiries
* processing quotes, orders and liaising with customers, contractors, cemeteries and churches
* invoicing, taking payments via bacs, card and cash
This is a full time position working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:00 and one Saturday per month 09:00 - 1:00
