About the role:
This role is essential in supporting the Content Team and wider team by taking ownership of content creation and production within internal remit, helping to deliver content across social platforms. You’ll be the backbone of the team, ensuring that trend-driven, reactive, and planned content get brought to life seamlessly. You’ll support content ideation and strategy, focusing on the creation workflow. By co-ordinating closely with production and creative teams and handling day-to-day content logistics, you’ll empower the team to create high-level and engaging content.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Whether it’s filming TikTok trends, organising shoots, sharing creative ideas, you’ll be a key player in bringing our content to life. This is for those who like to roll their sleeves up and are buzzing with concepts inspired by what’s captivating on the feed. Living in social first editing software such as Capcut or Adobe Rush, used to working with mini mics and knows exactly when to use the 0.5 zoom.
You’ll need to be motivated & positive; a can-do mentality is a must. We have a flat structure and believe no idea is a bad idea so there is lots of room to make your mark when it comes to content, ideation, process and structure. So, if you’re hungry to make a positive mark, come on in.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
* Executing content ideation briefs to align with brand objectives.
* Assist in development and management of creative projects from pre-production through to edit.
* Help adapt strategies to reflect emerging trends, platform updates and audience behaviour.
Content Execution and Logistics
* Source props and secure locations for trending and always-on (AO) content, especially for quick-turnaround projects.
* Provide on-set support during shoots, ensuring smooth execution and capturing high-quality content aligned with briefs.
* Film social content for TikTok and Instagram, including behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage when required.
Trend Tracking and Insights
* Be the team’s “eyes and ears” for emerging trends, platform updates and industry movements.
* Share actionable trend insights with the content and social teams, ensuring we jump on creative opportunities at all times.
* Work closely with the paid media team to analyse monthly insights, using data to inform content creation strategies.
Collaboration and Communication
* Provide clear, proactive communication across teams to ensure workflow efficiency and alignment.
* Work closely with the social team to ensure all content meets platform best practices and resonates with audiences.
* Analysing insights from the Paid/Performance teams to define content strategy.
What do I need to have to deliver this role:
* Some experience in a content creation role.
* Confident with editing tools such as Capcut, Premiere Pro or similar.
* Strong knowledge of what’s trending on social, what works and what doesn’t!
* A portfolio of ideas. We want to see your personality, not just clients.
* Organisational mind for tackling ideas and owning it.
* Adept at developing briefs and working on your own initiative, turning to your peers for support and guidance where needed.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.
* A hard worker who’s not afraid to pull your sleeves up and get on with it.
* An excellent communicator able to work with people at all levels from different functions. You have your own voice, we want to hear it.
* Dog friendly! There are a lot of furry friends roaming around our office so you’ll need to be ok working with our four-legged friends!
