Based: Dartford
You’ll be working with a 2,000‑strong community of trade specialists, from senior leaders through to teams out on projects, so you need to be someone who is confident, approachable, and naturally chatty, the kind who builds relationships easily and isn’t afraid to start conversations.
We’re on a journey to elevate the role of our trade specialists, recognising their expertise and supporting a shift from Trades to Technicians and you’ll play a key part in bringing that to life in a way that actually resonates with people.
Whether you’re speaking with senior stakeholders or out on site with delivery teams, you’ll be just as comfortable in both worlds. You’ll know how to keep things clear, engaging and real.
