SALES COORDINATOR
What You Need to Know
Location: London Area (On-site)
Opportunity to support a fast-growing team and be involved in end-to-end sales operations
Work closely with company leadership, including the Founder
Role Details
Sales and Project Coordination
Source products from international suppliers and obtain cost pricing
Calculate mark-ups and prepare accurate client quotations
Raise purchase orders and manage smooth order processing
Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely deliveries
Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Production Manager
Client and Team Support
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Maintain a professional, responsive approach at all times
Marketing and Administration
Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and social media activity
Support blog content and help maintain organised databases
Update and manage CRM systems with accurate contact information
Essential Experience and Skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with people
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
