Are you passionate about sustainability and responsible business practices? We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability and Responsible Business Reporting Analyst to join the firm. This role can be based at either our Birmingham, Manchester or London offices
Who you'll work with
Join our Business Operations Team, where you’ll report to the Sustainability Manager and work closely with colleagues across Facilities, HR, Information Systems, Marketing, and Risk. You’ll also support the Sustainability Committee in driving key initiatives that embed sustainability across the firm.
Sustainability Reporting
1. Support reporting in line with frameworks including ISO 14001, ISO 14064, EcoVadis, SECR, ESOS, GRI, ISSB and UNGC
2. Collect and analyse carbon data, track emissions, and contribute to net-zero planning
3. Assist with external benchmarking and regulatory submissions
4. Contribute to our annual Responsible Business Report
Supply Chain Sustainability
5. Support supplier onboarding and sustainability assessments
6. Identify risks and opportunities to improve sustainability in the supply chain
7. Help deliver net-zero initiatives and engage suppliers on relevant environmental and ethical standards
Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement
8. Contribute to firmwide sustainability projects aligned with the 2030 vision
9. Track progress against objectives and support continuous improvement
10. Respond to client sustainability requests requiring technical input
11. Prepare internal and external reports and presentations
Internal Engagement
12. Assist with the planning and delivery of sustainability events and campaigns
13. Develop training and communication materials to raise awareness
14. Support initiatives to engage employees in sustainability goals
