Responsibilities
* Assist the operational HR team with administration and delivery of key HR initiatives (talent management, performance management, learning and development, organisational development, employee engagement).
* Provide administrative support for employee‑relation cases under guidance of the HR team.
* Support onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth experience.
* Conduct exit interviews with leavers, analyse feedback and trends, and recommend improvements to enhance staff retention.
* Provide administrative and organisational support to ongoing projects, liaising with HR and project‑management teams.

Qualifications
* Expected graduation in 2026 or graduation within the past three years.
* Degree in HR or a related field.
* Strong interest in HR.
