Truline is seeking a dedicated Airside Support Operative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our airside operations, working as a vital member of our HGV driving team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working as a driver's mate, assisting with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo cages from HGVs.
* Ensuring accurate handling and placement of goods, adhering to strict airside safety regulations.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment within the vehicle and designated airside areas.
* Communicating effectively with the driver and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols.
* Performing other airside support duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
* Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and manual handling.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* A strong commitment to safety and security.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
* Crucially, a clear and verifiable 5-year checkable history is mandatory due to airside security requirements.
* A full UK driving license is advantageous.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required.
