What You'll Be Doing Provide 1:1 guidance to students, helping them explore career options, identify strengths and set future goals. Support the planning and delivery of a comprehensive careers programme across the college. Deliver engaging career masterclasses alongside the Careers Lead. Represent the college by giving advice to prospective students during open events, transition days and ad hoc occasions. Who We're Looking For You could be: Someone with a Level 3 or 4 IAG qualification, extensive customer service experience, and a passion for student support. You're comfortable offering 1:1 guidance and liaising with employers at careers fairs and events. Someone from a recruitment, employability or business background, used to dealing with both B2B and B2C clients. You're confident in customer service and are now looking to apply your experience to the education sector.
