Hello Education is delighted to be partnering with a number of Primary Schools across Durham to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for the current academic term.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils learning and development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to individuals and small groups, helping every child to reach their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive, nurturing atmosphere.
* Help prepare learning materials and resources to enhance classroom activities.
* Encourage pupil participation, independence, and self-confidence.
* Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality provision.
