2. Helping to create a calm, caring, and inclusive school environment
3. Providing hands-on support to students during challenging moments or crises
4. Working closely with teachers and staff to promote positive behaviour and re-engagement
5. Guiding and supporting pastoral assistants to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Who we are looking for:
6. Experience working with young people with autism (ASC) or social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH)
7. The ability to stay calm under pressure and respond with empathy and understanding
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
9. A positive, resilient attitude and a genuine passion for helping young people reach their potential
You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team where your work has real impact every day. We value staff wellbeing, professional growth, and celebrating successes — both big and small.
