We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to support our Health & Safety and HR teams within a busy office environment. This role is initially offered on a 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to H&S and HR teams

Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
*
Support onboarding processes and new starter checks
*
Book training courses and liaise with external providers
*
Assist with RAMS administration and updates
*
Manage shared inboxes and answer incoming calls professionally
*
Ensure all employee records and documentation are handled in line with GDPR and data protection requirements
*
Keep systems, spreadsheets, and records accurate and up to date
*
Support general office administration and coordination tasks
About You
*
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
*
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*
Confident communicator via phone, email, and in person
*
Experience handling confidential information in line with GDPR
*
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
*
Reliable, professional, and proactive
Experience supporting HR or Health & Safety functions is desirable but not essential.
