Role Overview
Senior National Account Manager – Grocery Retail
Location: Fully Remote - UK Wide
An entrepreneurial and highly autonomous role, offering flexibility on location. You will be responsible for winning opportunities and expanding sales within large retail customers.
Although your title might be Commercial Manager or Senior National Account Manager, the opportunity remains the same. You will be working for a UK business unit of a large global food manufacturer specializing in world foods.
This role is primarily remote, with an expectation to be in the office once or twice a month. The focus will be on private label food solutions, including ambient and frozen products.
The role requires strong business development skills to land and grow product ranges across key grocery retail clients.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with own label food products
* Current or recent experience with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Lidl, or M&S
* An entrepreneurial approach with strong influencing and negotiation skills, especially with retail buyers
