Your new company Join a well-established commercial business based in Kings Lynn. The company prides itself on delivering high-quality products and services across the UK and internationally. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team within the Spares Warehouse department.
Your new role As a Warehouse Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, focusing on administrative tasks that ensure the smooth movement, packing, and shipping of goods. You'll handle export documentation, assist with invoicing, manage courier quotes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a part-time maternity cover contract running until at least November 2026, working 3 days per week with some flexibility around working hours.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in a warehouse administration or similar role
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel
* Experience with NAV ERP (preferred)
* A proactive, organised, and flexible approach to work
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
* Knowledge of export shipping processes and courier platforms (advantageous but not essential)
