NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Workforce or above. Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures. Proactive, driven, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong people management skills with a hands-on approach. Experience managing budgets and staff rotas. Full UK driving licence (Essential) Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins as needed (Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the children in your care.)
