My client are on a mission to reshape the insurance landscape with next‑generation technology – and we’re looking for a results‑driven AI Engineer to lead and scale Generative AI initiatives.
What You’ll Do
* Design, develop, and fine‑tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions using frameworks like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or open‑source models.
* Build and optimise RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering strategies for enhanced AI responses.
* Develop AI‑powered applications integrating LLMs with APIs, agents, and workflows to solve real business challenges.
* Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and responsible AI practices.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative AI solutions.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with Python and REST APIs.
* Hands‑on experience with Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI).
* Expertise in prompt engineering, fine‑tuning techniques, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB).
* Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
* Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of MLOps, evaluation metrics for LLMs, and implementing responsible AI principles.
* Experience in Insurtech or Fintech domains.
* Familiarity with insurance workflows or policy administration systems.
