We're looking for a talented Clinical Negnegence Solicitor to join a dedicated team and play a key role in helping clients navigate some of the most challenging experiences they will face.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom
The Role
* Manage your own caseload, including litigated matters, delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients.
* Assist more senior members of the team on complex, high‑value claims spanning a wide range of medical disciplines.
* Provide accurate, empathetic, and clear legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
* Collaborate across the firm to deliver an exceptional, seamless client experience.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Clinical Negnegence Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE, ideally with defendant side experience.
* A proven ability to manage your own caseload, including litigated claims.
* Strong communication skills and confidence in taking instructions and giving sound legal advice.
* Experience assisting senior solicitors with complex, high‑value cases.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
