Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel role based in Portsmouth will involve the following tasks:
* Act as first point of contact for legal queries throughout the business
* Review and drafting of a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
* Negotiation of new agreements and terms of business
* Drafting of technology contracts, sales contracts, IP, SLAs, NDAs,
* Work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders
* Ensure that compliance processes are followed
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Interim Senior Legal Counsel role will need to have the following skills and experience:
* Be a qualified solicitor
* Have a strong background of negotiating large value commercial contracts
* Strong IP knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
* Be able to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
* Be happy to working 2-3 days in the office each week
What's on Offer
This is an Interim position for 3-6 months.
Hybrid working is available, ideally 3 days per weeks in the office.
