New Part Time role.
SF Recruitment is pleased to be working with a central business in South Derbyshire, where we are partnering to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent part-time basis of 20-25 hours per week. The working hours are flexible to suit each candidate. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be a key member of the Finance Team, contributing to the smooth operation of accounts administration.
Duties include:
1. Collaborating internally with departments such as Finance, Operations, and Sales.
2. Engaging with customers and suppliers.
3. Ensuring efficiency and accuracy in sales and purchase order processes to streamline sales coordination.
4. Bank postings and reconciliations.
5. Supporting credit control to meet deadlines.
6. Overseeing supplier account activity and maintaining accurate records.
7. Assisting in processing weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely payments.
8. Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
