Senior Architect Responsibilities
* Leading and delivering projects from inception through to completion
* Managing and mentoring junior team members
* Liaising confidently with clients, consultants and contractors
* Driving technical excellence with strong Revit skills
* Overseeing design coordination, planning applications and building regulations compliance
* Contributing to the strategic growth of the office and engaging in business development activities
What We're Looking For
* ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with minimum 10+ years post‑qualification UK experience
* Strong design and technical focus, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
* Experience in commercial and education sectors desirable
* Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams
* Highly motivated, proactive and confident in client‑facing roles
