Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of grooming: bathing, shampooing, drying, paw and eye cleaning, nail trimming, de-matting, clipping, scissor finishing, furminating, hand-stripping, and brushing
* Provide excellent service, ensuring animal welfare and adherence to health and safety policies
* Create a positive and memorable spa experience for clients, exceeding expectations with the 'Pet Perfect Service'
Requirements:
* Personality: Fun, engaging, and great with pets and people
* Industry qualification: Level 3 or minimum of 5 years’ dog grooming experience
* Confidence in handling all breeds of dogs safely
* Excellent communication skills for daily interactions with customers and pets
* High standards of presentation and cleanliness
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to train and develop the grooming team
* Flexible to work shifts over 7 days
* Full-time, 40 hours per week, permanent position
