An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Solicitor to join a highly respected, long-established law firm with multiple offices and an excellent reputation across the region.
This is a fantastic chance to become part of a thriving property department handling high-quality residential conveyancing work within a supportive and professional environment.
Hybrid Working Available – Following successful completion of probation, enjoy 2 days working from home each week.
The Opportunity
You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
* Residential sales & purchases
* Remortgages & equity release matters
* Freehold & leasehold title checks
* Transfers of equity & matrimonial transfers
* Supporting and mentoring conveyancing assistants
* Building and maintaining local client relationships
* Cross-referring opportunities across the wider firm
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing residential property files independently
* Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Local market knowledge advantageous
* Professional, organised and commercially aware approach
