We are seeking to hire a skilled IT Pre-sales Consultant to join our professional services team and work closely with our sales team.
You will be responsible for building and supporting client-centric solutions for a host of IT service solutions across IT infrastructures, VoIP and print management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide technical expertise and support in pre-sales activities.
* Solutions design and advice for IT services, telco/ connectivity solutions and print infrastructures.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Working with sales consultants to support their activity.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service and support.
* Work in a hybrid role with easy access to either our London or Birmingham office, as well as being able to attend client sites.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Full Microsoft certifications in Azure and 365.
* Good understanding of cybersecurity.
* Knowledge of VoIP and connectivity telephone systems.
* Experience in similar roles with a forward-thinking approach to solutions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid UK driving licence.
