Job Description

Typical Activities
* Policy analysis, including options analysis, secondary research, feasibility analysis, etc.
* Curating and facilitating workshops.
* Scoping and setting the direction of work.
* Maintaining and building close relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Working with policy stakeholders to generate visions and strategies for policy spaces.
* Advocating for user‑centred policy design approaches with senior stakeholders.
* Running stakeholder research sessions when required.
Qualifications
* Strong analysis experience within a consultancy, services provider or public sector organisation.
* Good project management skills with the ability to plan and schedule own work and work towards tight deadlines.
* Experience working with user‑centred design teams in an agile environment.
* Experience managing and working with senior stakeholders.
* Experience leading work and leading others.
* Experience in strategic thinking and decision making.
* Excellent communication skills – able to explain complicated processes and concepts to non‑experts.
* Experience working in/with government; user‑centred design policy design is highly desirable.
