Due to expansion and continued growth, the position of Digital Marketing Executive has been created within the business to develop, streamline and amplify our online presence and authority within the Primary Care recruitment sector. The Role This is an extremely varied and creative role, suited to someone with a professional, positive 'can do' attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience using Photoshop and will have a creative and imaginative approach to their work. Working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, they will be required to have strong communication and time management skills, and be able to take direction. Your key responsibilities will include: Brainstorming content ideas with the Marketing Manager Creating graphics for Linkedin / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram Creating website /mobile / email banners when needed Creating print media graphics Creating short text and picture videos for social media Creating videos for social media to promote our brand and expertise Creating a bank of images / graphics we can use for brand awareness on social media The following skills/experience would be required for the role: Excellent skills with Photoshop Full knowledge of preparing graphics for web, digital, and social media Some experience with the full Adobe Creative Suite is desirable- esp. Illustrator and After Effects (for motion graphics) Video editing skills. Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well. Strong communication skills are necessary to be able to have the confidence to explain suggestions and discuss content ideas. Some experience/ knowledge of preparing artwork for print is preferable. Ability to take direction and work within brand guidelines. A keen creative eye for design and content. Strong grammar/proofreading skills/high attention to detail. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Remuneration Salary is negotiable and is dependent on experience.
