Responsibilities

* Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standard of care.
What We’re Looking For
* No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
* A caring and empathetic nature.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is needed.
Training Program
* Paid Training: Earn while you learn with compensation during both initial and ongoing training.
* Induction Training: Covers essential topics such as personal care, medication management, health and safety, and safeguarding.
* Ongoing Training: Regular sessions to keep your skills current, including specialized training in areas like dementia care.
* Support for Further Education: Assistance with pursuing relevant qualifications and certifications.
* In-House Training Team: Experienced professionals providing hands-on training and support.
