Our brand-new showroom opened in September 2025, and we're already making a mark We are looking for an experienced, motivated Car Sales Manager to lead our team and help drive growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, ambitious operation representing Omoda & Jaecoo, the fastest-growing car brands in the UK, alongside a busy used car department.

Role & Responsibilities
* Lead daily sales meetings and showroom walkthroughs
* Coach and motivate the sales team with regular 1-to-1s and diary reviews
* Manage branch and staff KPIs, ensuring targets are exceeded
* Build relationships with Manufacturer Representatives
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
* Ensure franchise and paperwork standards are maintained
Hours & Benefits
* Monday – Friday: 8:45 am – 6:00 pm
* Saturday: 8:45 am – 5:00 pm (day off during the week)
* Closed Sundays (except for events)
* Salary: £38,000 + bonus (OTE £50,000)

Key Skills & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Target-driven, self-starter mindset
* Excellent communication, listening, and management skills
* Good IT knowledge
* Previous franchise experience preferred
