What You'll Be Doing
As our next Retail Account Manager, youll be the friendly voice at the end of the phone helping our customers get exactly what they need and maybe a little more!
Your mission:
* Grow and nurture relationships with an existing customer base
* Proactively pick up the phone to generate new business through outbound calls
* Reconnect with lapsed accounts and remind them why they loved working with us
* Maximise product lines, boost profitability, and make every call count
* Work closely with a supportive B2B sales team to hit (and smash!) targets
* Help make office supply ordering smoother, smarter, and maybe even fun
