Requirements

* We are looking for a senior tax leader to join M&G’s Group Tax team as Head of Life Tax, leading our Life tax function and supporting a dynamic and evolving business
* This is a high-impact role at the centre of the Group’s financial and regulatory agenda, combining technical expertise, commercial insight and strategic influence
* Lead all aspects of Life tax compliance and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery in a well-controlled environment
* Act as a trusted adviser to the Life business, supporting strategic initiatives, transactions and regulatory change
* Manage key relationships with HMRC, auditors and senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk and the business
* Play a key role in managing tax risk and contributing to the Group’s wider tax strategy and control framework
* Build and lead a high-performing team, driving capability development and continuous improvement
* You will be joining a collaborative, high-performing tax team operating at the heart of a FTSE 100 financial services group.
