As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be essential. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.
HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although we provide comprehensive training. You should have excellent time management and organisational skills. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to listen and give clear instructions are vital. Always communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You must be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
