TheRole
Youwilltakecommercialownershipofkey,high-profileprojectsfromprocurementthroughtocompletion,workingcloselywithdeliveryteamsandclients.Thisrolefeaturesheavyfocusondirectclientinteractionandcommercialnegotiation.
Daytodayyouwill:
* Managecontractualrisks,variations,andchangemanagementprocessesacrossbothgeo(60%)andstructures(40%)projects.
* Maximisemonthlyvaluationsandensuretimelysubmission,assessment,andapprovalprocesses.
* Leadregularmeetingsandmaintainstrong,assertive,andconfidentrelationshipswithclientsanddeliveryteams.
* Review,negotiate,andagreecontractualtermsforupcomingtendersandhigh-riskprojects.
* Protectthecompany'scontractualpositionsandrobustlymanagevariationsandfinalaccounts.
* Handleasmallamountofsubcontractprocurementwithminimalreportingrequirements(CDRreports)comparedtoTier1contractors.
