Their team ensures smooth running of hospital operations by managing requests, coordinating services, and providing excellent customer support to staff and visitors alike.
The Role
As a Helpdesk & Admin Support Officer (B3), you will be at the heart of the Estates Office, acting as the first point of contact for queries. Your role will be varied and fast-paced, involving:
1. Handling incoming calls with professionalism and care
2. Logging and updating information accurately on internal systems
3. Coordinating and following up on Estates requests
4. Supporting the wider team with general administration tasks
5. Ensuring processes are followed correctly and escalating when needed
