Job Description:

We’re hiring a Process Engineer to support continuous improvement and efficiency across our client’s dynamic manufacturing and assembly plant.
What You’ll Do:
Improve production processes for better efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
Support new product launches and process validation
Troubleshoot issues, analyse data, and drive root cause solutions
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering
3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting
Strong knowledge of lean tools, Six Sigma, and process improvement
Confident problem-solver with great communication skills
ERP and data analysis experience
Bonus Points For:
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
Experience with automation or working in regulated industries (e.g., automotive, electronics, medical devices)
