Job Description
3. Manage and develop the Tesco and Ocado accounts, building strong and collaborative relationships.
4. Lead the development and implementation of account strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
5. Analyse market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for business expansion.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional plans and initiatives.
7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with key stakeholders.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for Tesco and Ocado, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior National Account Manager will have:
9. Experience in managing key grocery accounts preferably Ocado + Tesco
10. An interest in the category - Health, Organic, Sustainability
11. Coach and mentoring of team members
12. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
13. Demonstrable successes on delivering sales growth
14. Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions
15. A strategic mindset with a focus on short, mid and long-term success
16. Can access Surrey 3 days per week - hybrid working
